Employees should have a solid idea of who else is working on similar projects. That way they can give a heads up in the right direction. For a larger company it may be too diversified to keep everyone informed.

The solution for this is to have someone in charge of all of them. That is who they will email with concerns, ideas, and issues that come up. This is a central person that can determine who else in the loop needs to be informed about what is taking place.

You will find that this process is one that cuts down on time being wasted. When there is an internal situation you can be certain more than one person is being affected by it that works for you. Sharing solutions will help everyone to be more productive and efficient for your business.
