Consumers can do without such bells and whistles. Instead, they are looking for information that is well laid out and informative.
Too often though a website has too much going on. That makes it hard to focus on. It also makes it hard to find information. It is time to give your website a complete makeover. Get rid of anything that you really don’t need. If it isn’t valuable to the customer then toss it out. You will end up with less to offer, but it will be more valuable to them.
Your website needs to be laid out with colors that are appealing. The information needs to be in a good sized font, and broken up into paragraphs. You can include photos and videos, but only when they are going to enhance the overall value of the information from the consumers point of view.
